You come back from the beach with a towel over your shoulder, search your bag and the key is not there: it stayed inside the house and the latch has closed by itself. Or you get home from work in Málaga at midnight and the cylinder spins freely. In Rincón de la Victoria these situations happen every day, because many people live here and work in the capital. If it happens to you, tell us on WhatsApp where you are and what has happened, at any hour.
Rincón is not a single town but four settlements spread between the sea and the hills. Next to Málaga is La Cala del Moral, a former fishermen’s district, followed by the centre of Rincón, with its seafront promenade and the Cueva del Tesoro in the cliff. Further east is Torre de Benagalbón, named after a 14th-century tower, and then the beach of Los Rubios, already bordering Vélez-Málaga. Inland, Benagalbón is a village surrounded by orchards of subtropical fruit trees. Between them there are urbanisations such as Añoreta, with its golf course, and Parque Victoria.
The doors we see here range from the low house in La Cala, with its door at street level, to the townhouse in Añoreta with a garage and storeroom. They are all affected by the same things: the Mediterranean salt, the damp and keys that pass from hand to hand every summer. Tell us your settlement, the street and the type of door, and our locksmiths bring the right part.
