What data we process

The data you voluntarily provide when you write to us on WhatsApp: your name, your phone number, the address where you need the service and a description of the problem.

In addition, if you accept analytics cookies, technical data about how the website is used and an online identifier (cookie) are processed through Google Analytics. If you do not accept them, none of this is processed. More information in the “Web analytics” section below.

What we use it for

To handle your request and put you in touch with a professional locksmith in your area who can carry out the service.

Your consent when you write to us and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Who it is disclosed to

To the independent professional locksmith who handles your service, only with the data needed to carry it out. The conversation is handled through WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), which is subject to its own privacy policy. Using WhatsApp may involve an international transfer of data to the United States by Meta, which relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which acts as a data processor and may process technical data about your visit (such as the IP address in server logs). Netlify may transfer that data to the United States with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or of standard contractual clauses.

Web analytics

Only if you accept it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to obtain statistics about the use of the website (pages visited, type of device, clicks on the WhatsApp buttons). The legal basis is your consent (Article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation), which you can withdraw at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. If you do not accept it, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, which acts as a data processor. Google may transfer data to the United States with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We keep analytics data for the period configured in Google Analytics, up to 14 months. More information in the cookie policy.

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the legal periods that apply to invoicing and to possible claims.

Your rights

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. You may also exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to juanignacioharo8@gmail.com. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
